ADECAT – ASSOCIACIO DE DECOLLETADORS I MECANITZADORS DE CATALUNYA, hereinafter also referred to as the service provider, as the party responsible for the website www.adecat.org, makes this document available to users. This document governs the use of the website www.adecat.org in order to comply with the obligations established under Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI), and to inform all website users of its terms of use.

3. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The service provider will not be liable for information published on its website where such information has been manipulated or entered by a third party unrelated to the service provider.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it operates correctly. In principle, its proper operation can be guaranteed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

However, the service provider cannot rule out the possibility of programming errors or circumstances of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar events that may make access to the website impossible.
