ADECAT would like to inform you that last Monday, 22 December, at 6:00 p.m., the employer and trade union representatives involved in the Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry in the province of Barcelona signed the new agreement for the 2025-2027 period.
This agreement takes effect from 1 January 2025 and will become immediately enforceable following its signature and final publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona.
Below, we have attached the text of the agreement for the Metalworking Industry in the province of Barcelona and the corresponding salary tables for 2025-2027:
